Fundraising Implementation Specialist (Fully Remote)

• Support customers across Keela and Raisely through all stages of implementation.
• Provide fundraising strategy-enabled configuration and training.

What You'll Do:

• Work with 40+ customers to manage implementations and data migrations.
• Develop deep product knowledge and lead end-to-end fundraising setups.
• Act as liaison between customers and product teams.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years in implementation, project management, or fundraising operations.
• Proficient in Excel and data manipulation.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
