Funder Relations Manager

To support the establishment of Cultural Power's individual giving program, the full-time salaried Funder Relations Manager will manage a portfolio of individual givers, conduct prospect research, and provide administrative support while working remotely across the United States. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of everyday and recurring givers, including outreach and stewardship Support donor engagement through strategic discovery activities and events for prospective donors Provide administrative support for individual giving, including data entry and gift acknowledgment Required Qualifications Experience in establishing or developing individual giving programs At least 3 years of experience in finance, administration, or leadership support Knowledge of non-profit gift acceptance compliance High level of cultural fluency and experience working with BIPOC communities Familiarity with digital collaboration tools such as Slack and Asana
