Fund Operations Associate

Supporting the day-to-day operations of investment funds, the full-time Associate, Fund Operations will manage fund financials, coordinate audits, and liaise with service providers while working remotely. Key responsibilities Review daily, monthly, and quarterly fund financials, including NAV calculations and supporting reports Coordinate annual fund audits and manage tax reporting with third-party providers Serve as an operational point of contact for fund administrators and other service providers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution Required qualifications Approximately 2-5 years of experience in fund operations, fund accounting, or a related financial-services role Experience reviewing private fund financial statements and understanding investment fund accounting concepts Strong Excel skills and ability to work with financial and operational data Comfortable in an evolving environment where processes are being standardized Detail-oriented with the ability to investigate discrepancies independently
