Requirements
- Class of 2025 or above with experience gained at a leading U.S. or international law firm.
- Experience advising on the formation, structuring and operation of private investment funds.
- Exposure to private equity, credit, infrastructure, real estate or other alternative investment funds.
- Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
- A commercial mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with sophisticated clients.
- Ability to work effectively within high-performing teams on complex and fast-moving matters.
