Duties

- Collaborate with partners, senior counsels, and clients.
Requirements
- Experience in fund formation and investment management.
- Knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act and Securities Act.

Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) of practice.
