Fund Finance Staff AttorneyThe Fund Finance Staff Attorney is responsible for assisting with new and ongoing credit facility matters.Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist with new and ongoing credit facility matters including amendments and modifications, facility increases and maturity extensions, and joinders of new borrowersCoordinate with clients, lender's counsel, and local counsel in various offshore jurisdictionsDraft and review closing deliverables including resolutions, UCC filings, legal opinions and other certificationsAssist with coordinating closings of financing transactionsAssist with preparing summaries of loan agreements to assist with knowledge management and market comparisonsMaintain long-standing relationships with clients and opposing counselHandle tasks with some degree of independence as training and experience is developed, with the scope of such tasks potentially expandingEducationJ.D. from ABA accredited law schoolAdmission to bar of local office jurisdictionSkills and ExperienceDetail oriented, efficient, and organizedEnjoys transactional workInterested in being part of a close-knit teamExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong organization and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and demands on timeStrong attention to detailPreferredKnowledge of Excel, iManage, WordSalary InformationNY Only: The estimated base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000 at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

This role is exempt meaning it is not overtime pay eligible.
