Fund Controller

We are working with a Real Estate Investment Fund that is in need a Fund Controller with Yardi experience.

Responsibilities :

• Fund Accounting : Manage day-to-day fund accounting operations, capital calls, and cash distributions.
• Yardi System Management : Utilize Yardi Voyager or investment modules to process transactions, run general ledgers, and automate workflows.
• Financial Reporting : Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and fund-level performance reports.
• Audits & Compliance : Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for annual audits and regulatory compliance.
• Investor Relations : Assist with communication regarding investor statements, metrics, and inquiries

Qualifications :

• Experience : 5+ years of progressive fund accounting or controller experience, preferably in real estate or private equity.
• Software : Strong proficiency in Yardi accounting platforms and advanced Excel skills.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certifications : Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
