A top investment management firm in Boston ($60 bil AUM) is looking to hire a new Fund Administration Specialist to their Fund Reporting team.
Responsibilities
- Handle financial/fund reporting responsibilities for a set of SEC-registered funds, alternative investments, and offshore funds.
- Review annual financial statements and schedule of portfolio holdings
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders on audits, treasury, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams on process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in public accounting (audit), at a fund administrator, or investment management firm in a fund accounting/reporting/administrator role.
- Experience with international funds preferred
