In this role, you will oversee a team responsible for delivering high-quality accounting, administration, and investor services to investment companies and advisors. This position requires a strong ability to manage client relationships, resolve complex issues, and implement solutions tailored to evolving business needs.Responsibilities:• Lead and manage a team of administrators responsible for accounting, administration, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance for investment companies, including hedge funds, private equity funds, and CLOs.• Lead month-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliation.• Help develop/implement new processes to align with regulatory and industry changes.• Perform complex accounting reconciliations and calculations for various investment types
