A world-class private equity firm is seeking a Fund Accountant to join its NYC office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to senior leadership within a fast-paced, high-growth private equity environment. The role will provide broad exposure across the fund accounting function including the month-end close, NAV reporting, management and incentive fee calculations, expense allocations, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in Big 4 accounting, fund administration, or a combination of public and private accounting experience. An active CPA license or successful completion of all 4 parts is required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the month-end close process, NAV reporting, management and incentive fee calculations, and expense allocations
- Facilitate the audit, review financial statements, analyze P&L, and assist with fund performance
- Coordinate closely with senior leadership and Associate Directors on the team
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, xhqgsiq and front office functions
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in Big 4 accounting, fund administration, or a combination of public and private accounting experience
- Active CPA or successful completion of all 4 parts is required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
