Fund Accountant Key Responsibilities

• Perform accounting activities for private equity investment funds.
• Support fund accounting processes, financial reporting, and related accounting functions.
• Collaborate with accounting professionals across multiple offices.
• Assist with ad hoc accounting projects, process improvements, and systems initiatives.
• Support additional accounting and analytical projects as responsibilities expand.

Fund Accountant Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Accounting degree preferred.
• Fund accounting or relevant financial services accounting experience preferred.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to demonstrate technical accounting knowledge and explain previous responsibilities in detail.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• CPA progress or interest in obtaining certification is a plus.
