Supporting the GSA GO.gov travel modernization program, the full-time Functional Support Consultant will provide functional analysis, requirements management, and governance support while working remotely to ensure successful implementation throughout the system development lifecycle. Key responsibilities Manage Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) to ensure alignment from contract requirements through implementation Review and validate system requirements, functional designs, and contractual compliance while participating in governance meetings Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve functional issues and ensure deployment readiness Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in functional analysis or implementation activities for large enterprise systems Experience with Federal Government modernization or system implementation programs Proficiency in developing and maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) Knowledge of requirements management and governance processes Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Public Administration, or a related field
