Functional Safety Engineer
We are seeking a Functional Safety (FuSa) Engineer with strong experience in automotive electronics to support safety-critical system development. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with ISO 26262 standards and driving safety analysis activities across the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support functional safety activities in accordance with ISO 26262
- Perform safety analyses such as FMEDA, FTA, and HARA
- Define and manage safety requirements at system and component levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and systems engineering
- Support safety validation and verification processes
- Contribute to safety case development and documentation
Required Qualifications:
- Strong background in automotive electronics systems
- Hands-on experience with ISO 26262 standards
- Expertise in FMEDA and other safety analysis techniques
- Experience working on embedded systems or control units (ECUs)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
