Job TitlePrimary Functional ResponsibilitiesScheduling System Ownership: Maintain Clairvia for Nursing (run reports, assign security, daily updates). Provide configuration expertise for Oracle Cloud Scheduling.Data Integration: Ensure daily HR imports from PeopleSoft; manage integrations with Epic and Point Click Care.Lifecycle Management: Lead assessment, design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications. Distinguish user needs from actual business needs.Requirements and Documentation: Interview stakeholders to create functional/technical requirements, conceptual data models, flowcharts, and technical specifications.Technical Coordination: Collaborate with EITS during SQL server updates, Epic upgrades, and system downtimes.Testing and QA: Lead all testing phases, issue resolution, and Unit Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Document test plans, release notes, and training guidelines.End-User Support: Resolve application defects, satisfy user inquiries, and provide system training/mentoring to junior staff.Technical QualificationsSystem Expertise (Required): Prior implementation experience in Clairvia, UKG, or Ansos is necessary.System Expertise (Preferred): Oracle Cloud Scheduling, PeopleSoft, Allscripts, Epic, Onbase, Incident Management Systems, and ERP platforms.Module Exposure: Time and Labor, HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Security Admin, HCM, Finance, Systems Administrator, Benefits, and Peoplesoft Developer.IT Foundations: Broad knowledge of hardware, peripheral devices, communications systems, programming languages, and data management techniques.Tools: Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and MS Project.Professional and Behavioral SkillsAnalytical Problem-Solving: Ability to transform large quantities of information into meaningful requirements.Project Management: Understanding of UI design, SDLC, and JAD methodologies; ability to identify risks and meet adapting deadlines.Communication: Strong ability to lead workgroups and communicate technical details to non-technical personnel.Collaboration: Must be a strong team player who can also work independently in a fast-moving environment.Education and ExperienceEducation: Baccalaureate Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Math, Business, or a related field.General Experience: Five (5) years of progressive experience in data processing and applications. (Five years of supervisory experience required for Operations Specialty).Specialized Experience: Three (3) years of experience in formal requirement gathering (interviews, workshops, workflow analysis).Industry Knowledge: Health Care experience and knowledge of NYC Health and Hospitals are a plus. Telecommunications background is required for Network Services roles.
