Key Responsibilities Conduct initial virtual assessments through our teletherapy platform, using assessment tools tailored for digital care. Facilitate individual therapy sessions via webcam, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques adapted for a virtual context, ensuring effective communication and support. Document patient interactions and treatment plans in real-time using electronic documentation tools, ensuring adherence to privacy regulations and organizational standards. Participate in regular team meetings via video conferencing to discuss client progress, collaborate on treatment strategies, and ensure continuity of care. Engage in ongoing professional development training to stay updated on best practices in teletherapy and improve service delivery. Patient Population / Client Focus The clients you will support are individuals from various backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Your role will involve working with patients seeking assistance for issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship difficulties. Through personalized therapeutic approaches, you will be instrumental in guiding them through their mental health journeys and empowering them to develop coping strategies and resilience. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field. Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Demonstrated ability to practice independently, providing therapy and support without direct supervision. Exceptional interpersonal skills, exemplifying warmth, empathy, and understanding in all client interactions. Strong technical proficiency, enabling smooth navigation of digital platforms and telehealth tools. Preferred Experience Experience in providing remote therapeutic services, demonstrating effective adaptation to digital formats. A background in community health settings, with an understanding of diverse cultural perspectives in mental health. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 52,000 to USD 70,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
