Job Title: Employment Litigation Associate (Fully Remote)
Salary: $150,000 - $210,000 per year
Location: Fully Remote

Responsibilities
- Represent clients in employment litigation matters
- Conduct extensive legal research and analysis on various legal issues
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and participate in arbitrations and trials
- Collaborate with team members to develop litigation strategies
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of employment litigation experience
- Proficient in legal research, writing, and trial practice
- Experience in taking and defending depositions
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels
