Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Excellent communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with clients and team members. Strong interpersonal skills coupled with an empathetic nature, essential for building rapport and trust with clients. Preferred Experience Prior experience in telehealth or remote counseling settings is highly desirable, as it enhances your adaptability in delivering effective virtual care. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and number of hours worked.
