Work Environment This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere in California. You'll have the autonomy to design your schedule while being fully supported by our administrative and clinical teams. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality virtual therapy sessions to a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and couples, adapting your approach based on individual therapeutic needs. Manage a flexible caseload, allowing for a personalized work-life balance and enabling you to set your own session goals (between 10 to 30 clients per week). Employ evidence-based treatment methodologies that resonate with each client, such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR, ensuring tailored therapeutic interventions. Maintain comprehensive documentation that adheres to California’s legal requirements and HIPAA regulations, promoting accountability and transparency in client care. Engage in regular collaboration with our clinical leadership team and participate in optional peer consultation groups for professional development and sharing best practices. Contribute to the cultivation of a healthier society by helping clients navigate their emotional hardships and fostering resilience through each therapeutic session. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will directly impact a diverse patient population, with an emphasis on underserved communities, including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals. Your role will be instrumental in addressing the unique challenges these clients face and promoting accessible mental healthcare. We look for LPCCs who are not only skilled in trauma-informed care but also passionate about creating inclusive environments where all clients feel valued and understood. Qualifications Active LPCC license in California, held in good standing. A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience post-licensure, demonstrating your capacity to navigate complex clinical scenarios effectively. Strong understanding and implementation of trauma-informed and culturally responsive care principles. Proficiency in remote counseling practices, showcasing your comfort and professionalism in virtual therapy environments. A solid foundation in therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or EMDR, tailoring your approach based on your client's needs. Preferred Experience Experience providing supervision or guidance to associate therapists is a plus, as we value leadership contributions and the growth of our clinical staff. Demonstrated commitment to inclusive care for diverse populations, ensuring equitable access to mental health resources. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
