Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough initial assessments to gather essential information on each client’s mental health status, history, and treatment goals. Craft personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and techniques. Deliver individual therapy sessions to adult clients through virtual platforms, employing solution-focused approaches that empower clients in their journey toward mental wellness. Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring immediate support for clients in distress. Engage in regular professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills, stay updated on best practices, and maintain licensure. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will primarily involve adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will have the opportunity to create transformative therapeutic relationships, helping clients navigate their personal journeys and empowering them to set and achieve meaningful goals. Qualifications Current, independent license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to engage clients with empathy and compassion. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively in a remote work setting. Preferred Experience Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling are preferred. Experience in delivering teletherapy services will be considered a strong asset, as will familiarity with clinical documentation and electronic health record systems.
