Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough initial assessments and gather essential client information to develop tailored treatment plans. Provide individual therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based modalities designed to promote lasting behavioral change and personal growth. Set specific therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly review their progress to adjust treatment plans as needed. Utilize teletherapy options to accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges or those preferring virtual sessions. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards. Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to enhance skills and stay current with best practices. Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will be working with clients experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. You will support individuals looking for innovative solutions and help them navigate their wellness journeys. Each session aims to create an environment conducive to healing, where clients feel safe to express their thoughts and emotions. Qualifications A valid and current state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Psychologist (PsyD). A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental attitude in all interactions. Preferred Experience Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms and engaging with clients in virtual settings. Background in treating diverse populations and a commitment to culturally competent care. Familiarity with healthcare documentation systems and practices. Compensation and Benefits Fortis offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and current caseload.
