Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse array of clients from various backgrounds, addressing a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional distress. The clients you serve may have experienced barriers to accessing traditional mental health services, which is why your expertise and compassion in therapy are vital to this process. By utilizing tailored interventions, you will help them build resilience and reach their personal goals.Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience focusing on psychotherapy services. Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions with a solution-focused approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Experience While the minimum requirement is 2 years of experience, candidates with additional experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, adolescent mental health, or group therapy will be viewed favorably.
