Key Responsibilities Conduct therapeutic sessions via video chat, guiding clients through their emotions and experiences in a supportive setting. Assist clients in establishing and achieving their personal and therapeutic goals, allowing for individualized treatment plans. Monitor client progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective therapeutic interventions. Educate clients on healthy coping mechanisms and behaviors that support recovery. Engage in active listening and empathetic communication to build strong therapeutic relationships. Collaborate with support staff to address administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on client care without the burden of extensive paperwork. Patient Population / Client Focus As an LCPC with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work primarily with adults who are seeking mental health support. Our client base consists of individuals facing various psychological challenges, many of whom may not be able to access traditional therapy due to geographic limitations or personal circumstances. All clients are thoroughly screened to ensure that they are stable individuals with low acuity needs, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality therapeutic care. Qualifications Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Current and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credential, enabling you to practice independently without supervision. Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients. Competent with technology and comfortable navigating digital platforms for therapy delivery. Experience in remote counseling or teletherapy is a plus but not mandatory. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, candidates will be favored if they possess prior experience in remote therapy settings or have a background in working with diverse populations in mental health settings. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities is beneficial, as is an understanding of how to utilize digital tools to engage clients. Compensation and Benefits Attractive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
