Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join our high-performing litigation team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to defend complex cases in general liability, premises liability, personal injury, tort claims, and a variety of other areas. Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials
- Communicate with clients and provide strategic legal counsel
- Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice groups
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in New York
- 2+ years of general liability or insurance defense experience
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
