Position: Associate, Senior Associate, Of Counsel and Partner(Openings at All Levels)
Compensation: $200k - $350 + Bonus
Billables: 1850
A well-established national law firm is seeking an Employment Defense Attorney to join its growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity open to attorneys anywhere in the U.S., provided they are admitted to the California Bar.

Practice Areas

- PAGA and other California employment claims

Ideal Candidate
- Active California Bar license required
- Experience handling employment defense matters
- Strong litigation, research, and writing skills
- Comfortable managing cases independently while collaborating with a broader team
- Excellent communication and client-management skills
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $200,000 – $350,000 Base annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
