Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with clients and prospective customers
- Respond to inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to schedule virtual consultations
- Guide clients through the application process with professionalism and clarity
- Host online meetings to assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance options
- Present life and health insurance plans based on client objectives and budgets
- Maintain accurate records and update client information in CRM systems
- Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and virtual meeting tools
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
