nWhat We’re Looking For
nFully licensed or pre-licensed therapists in Nevada (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, CPC-I, MFT-I)
nPassion for mental health, reducing stigma, and providing accessible, personalized care
nExperience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families
nCommitment to collaboration, authenticity, and ongoing professional growth

nResponsibilities
nConduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine individual therapy needs
nProvide evidence-based psychotherapy, including CBT and Motivational Interviewing (MI)
nDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans
nMaintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
nCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic client care
nWork with families and caregivers as appropriate for child and family counseling
nMaintain a weekly caseload consistent with full-time or part-time expectations
