Job Title: Full Stack Developer Trainer Part-Time | Remote
Job Type: Part-Time / Freelance
Work Mode: Remote / Online
Role: Full Stack Developer Trainer (React, Node.js, Cloud & AI-Integrated Engineering)
Training Audience: Students and working professionals in the USA
Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer Trainer to deliver live, instructor-led online training to students and working professionals based in the USA.

Important: This is a Full Stack Developer Trainer role and NOT a full-time software developer role. The ideal candidate must possess strong hands‑on engineering experience across modern frontend frameworks, backend architecture, relational/NoSQL databases, containerization, cloud deployment, and AI API integrations, paired with a passion for mentoring learners through practical labs, real-world projects, and code reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver live, interactive online training to USA-based learners aligned with US time zones.
  • Teach modern frontend development using HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.
  • Cover state management and client-side architecture using React Hooks, Context API, Redux Toolkit, and React Query.
  • Train learners on backend development with Node.js and Express, covering RESTful API architecture, layered controller/service patterns, and GraphQL basics.
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms including JWT, session management, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
  • Guide hands‑on database modeling, indexing, migrations, and optimization using PostgreSQL (with Prisma or Sequelize ORM) and MongoDB.
  • Conduct labs on automated software testing and code quality using Jest, React Testing Library, Supertest, Cypress/Playwright, ESLint, and Prettier.
  • Teach DevOps, containerization, and automation fundamentals using Docker, Docker Compose, and CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions.
  • Guide learners through cloud infrastructure and deployment on AWS (S3, CloudFront, EC2, ECS, RDS) and managed platforms.
  • Train students on AI-integrated full stack engineering, including integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini) into web apps for chat, summarization, and content generation, alongside prompt engineering and safe output handling.
  • Teach system design fundamentals (caching, load balancing, microservices vs. monoliths) and application security best practices (OWASP Top 10, secure secrets management).
  • Mentor students through an end-to-end, portfolio-ready capstone project sprint, conducting regular PR reviews, live debugging, and architecture reviews.
  • Conduct mock technical and behavioral interviews, code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to prepare candidates for US software engineering roles.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional software engineering experience as a Full Stack Developer, Frontend/Backend Engineer, or Software Engineer.
  • Deep hands‑on proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Express.
  • Solid experience with both relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, including schema design, indexing, and ORMs like Prisma.
  • Practical experience containerizing applications using Docker / Docker Compose and automating builds/tests with GitHub Actions.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of cloud deployments on AWS and serverless/managed hosting services.
  • Practical familiarity with LLM API integration into web applications and modern AI‑assisted engineering practices.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful/GraphQL API design, test automation (Jest, Cypress), and application security standards.
  • Exceptional spoken English and presentation skills, with comfort teaching technical topics interactively to a US audience.
  • Previous experience in technical instruction, bootcamp coaching, mentoring, corporate training, or leading engineering teams is highly preferred.
  • Must be willing and available to deliver sessions during US‑friendly hours (EST morning or evening windows).
Preferred Certifications
  • AWS Certified Developer Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
  • Meta Front-End / Back-End Developer Professional Certificate
  • Comparable industry‑recognized cloud or software engineering certifications.
Important Note

This is a part-time, remote trainer opportunity only.
