Key Duties Include
- Collaborating with the Director of Nursing to ensure adequate staffing and safe care delivery
- Participating in developing and evaluating patient care goals with an interdisciplinary team
- Mentoring and educating nursing staff, working with physicians and medical professionals
- Overseeing medication management in compliance with policies
- Providing direct patient care to maintain clinical skills
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Nursing Diploma, or BSN)
- Minimum of 2-3 years nursing experience, including at least 1 year in nurse leadership
- Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses
- Current BLS/CPR certification
