Role: Unit Manager/Director - RN

Responsibilities

Support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring patient/resident, family, and staff satisfaction.

• Lead and oversee nursing operations, coordination, and care delivery on an assigned unit.
• Ensure care aligns with the organization's mission, policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage human resources by recruiting, orienting, evaluating staff, and implementing disciplinary actions when needed.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold current RN licensure from the State Board of Nursing.
