Position Summary

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer leads process development andcontinuous improvement initiatives across electronics and battery productionlines. This role partners closely with operations, engineering, and qualityteams to enhance product quality, safety, and efficiency while supporting newproduct introductions. The position also provides technical leadership andmentorship to drive manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop,implement, and improve manufacturing processes to meet efficiency, quality, andAS9100 standards
• Designtooling, fixtures, and production equipment
• Providedaily technical support and troubleshoot manufacturing issues
• LeadLean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput
• Analyzecosts and recommend process improvements or automation
• Conductroot cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Supportnew product introductions, including process validation
• Maintainand improve process documentation
• Leadengineering changes and collaborate on long-term manufacturing strategies
• Mentorjunior engineers and promote best practices
• Usedata and statistical tools to drive decisions and improvements

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor'sdegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Aerospace, orManufacturing)
• 5-7years of manufacturing engineering experience in a regulated industry
• Experiencewith NPI, process documentation, and PFMEA
• Strongcommunication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Master'sdegree, Lean Six Sigma certification, aerospace experience,automation/robotics, CAD

Additional Requirements:

• Abilityto work extended hours as needed
• Liftup to 25 lbs and stand/sit for extended periods
• Mustmeet U.S. export control (ITAR) requirements
