Full Time Teller / Retail Service Representative - HaskellFirst United Bank is accepting applications for a Full Time Teller / Retail Service Representative in our Haskell Banking Center.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Processes financial transactions promptly and accuratelyOpen or close appropriate retail accounts and IRA's, and maintain all associated recordsRent safe deposit boxes to customers, permit customers access to boxes with maximum protection and maintain records of safe deposit boxes and rentersUpdate customer records as neededHandle check ordersPrioritizes client needs and provides exceptional customer serviceCommunicates professionally with all clients and colleaguesUpholds understanding of all banking products and services, along with company systems and proceduresParticipates in job specific training, various bank training programs, and complies with BSA, AML and all bank policies and procedures as requiredOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:A self-starting team player with high school diploma or GEDPrior Teller or New Accounts experience preferredAbility to maintain high level of confidentiality is requiredComputer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft programsStrong written and oral communication skills are necessaryMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with handling frequent interruptions and little to no supervisionMust be able to handle the physical aspects of the job, which include standing for portions of the day and maneuvering weight up to 60 poundsCourteous, professional demeanor along with ability to handle multi-tasks is essentialCommitment to providing exceptional customer service is requiredKnowledge in bank regulations, policies and procedures preferredMust be able to work flexible hours and/or extended hours as business requiresFirst United Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
