Lead the Brosway Italia experience in Las Vegas.

Are you an energetic, fashion-forward, and results-driven retail leader? Brosway Italia is looking for a Full-Time Store Manager to lead our flagship store at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the growth of an Italian jewelry brand in the U.S. market.

The Role

• Lead & Inspire: Motivate and develop the store team.


• Drive Sales: Take ownership of sales targets, KPIs, and store performance.


• Create Experiences: Deliver exceptional and personalized customer experiences.


• Represent the Brand: Bring the Italian spirit, style, and story of Brosway Italia to life.


• Grow the Business: Identify opportunities to increase traffic, conversion, and customer loyalty.


• Own Operations: Ensure excellent standards across merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in retail management, ideally in jewelry, fashion, or premium retail.


• Strong leadership and sales skills.


• High energy, initiative, and a passion for customers.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• A strong eye for fashion, trends, and visual presentation.


• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
