Role Overview
This position involves performing radiological procedures focused on breast disease diagnosis and treatment in a high-volume outpatient setting, either fixed or mobile. Key responsibilities include producing high-quality radiographic images, ensuring compliance with quality control standards mandated by MQSA and the FDA, and interacting with patients in a caring manner.
Qualifications & Skills
- Completion of a radiologic technology training program meeting ARRT requirements
- Washington Radiologic Technologist certification
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- ARRT Registered Technologist in Radiography, with Mammography certification within 1 year
- Preferred: 2 years of full-time mammography experience
