Full-Time RN Float Pool Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a specialty acute care setting, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care in high-acuity units such as Med-Surg.
• Prioritize patient safety, evidence-based practice, and wellness.
• Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff.
• Support and contribute to a secure, high-quality care environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved by the state board.
• Current RN licensure.
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience.
• Valid BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross, maintained through sixty days of hire.
