Description

• Comfortable seeing all ages (youngest is 5)
• Bread & butter psychiatry cases
• Familiar with FQHC
• Enrolled in Alabama Medicaid or be comfortable with enrolling
• 8-10 patients per day
• On-site, Outpatient setting
• Full-time position
• 3 month contract with extension option

Requirements

• live near Montgomery, AL or willing to travel daily
• Active Alabama license
• DEA in Alabama or willing to transfer to Alabama
