In this hands-on role, you'll conduct thorough post-cleaning inspections prior to guest arrivals, ensuring every property meets the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, functionality, and overall guest readiness.The ideal candidate takes pride in consistency, notices the details others miss, and works well independently in a fast-paced environment.

You'll play a critical role in maintaining quality standards by identifying issues proactively, documenting inspection results accurately, and coordinating closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure each home is fully prepared for an outstanding guest stay.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect vacation rental properties after housekeeping services are completedEnsure units meet My Perfect Stays cleanliness and presentation standardsVerify all rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, lanais, and common areas are fully guest-readyCheck for cleanliness, damages, missing items, odors, maintenance concerns, and proper stagingReport maintenance issues, inventory shortages, or housekeeping deficiencies promptlySubmit detailed inspection reports using company software and mobile applicationsCommunicate professionally with Coordinators, Housekeepers, and ManagementFollow arrival schedules and prioritize units based on guest check-in timesAssist with quality control and uphold company standards across all propertiesEnsure all unit amenities, supplies, linens, and toiletries are properly stockedOccasionally assist with light troubleshooting or coordination between departmentsMaintain professionalism while representing My Perfect Stays on property sitesRequired QualificationsReliable vehicle and valid driver's license requiredActive and reliable cell phone service requiredAbility to use mobile applications, email, and inspection softwareMust be dependable, punctual, and highly organizedStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionFlexible schedule including weekends and holidays as neededPhysically able to:Walk properties frequently throughout the dayClimb stairs multiple times dailyLift up to 30 poundsBend, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periodsPrevious housekeeping, hotel, resort, or property management experience preferred but not requiredMust maintain a professional appearance and positive attitudeCompensation, Benefits, & ScheduleHourly Salary $25 - $28BenefitsHealth, Dental, and Vision insuranceScheduleFull-TimeWeekend availability requiredHolidays and peak season availability requiredTypical shifts may vary based on occupancy and arrivals
