Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Katy, Texas. Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 11/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Outpatient Physical Therapist in Katy, Texas. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and providing therapy services to support patients return to community activities. The position requires collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and quality care within an outpatient setting. Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates patients, develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans aligned with patient needs and physician directions. Responsible for delegation and supervision of therapy services, designing functional programs, and serving as an educator for patients, families, and staff. Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, valid active license for the state where work is performed, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience. Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week. Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, maintains medical records accurately and timely, participates in student education, and pursues ongoing professional development. Ensures care is aligned with physician orders and insurance requirements, adheres to state practice acts, and complies with organizational quality improvement initiatives.
