QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• Assist the classroom teacher in the delivery of effective instruction in a grade Prek-K through grade 8 school district
• Works with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work as a member of a team
• Ability to exercise good judgment, flexibility on placement, and promote a safe and secure learning environment
• Experience in special education is preferred
• An understanding that placement may vary from year to year
• Performs other related duties assigned
• Substitute Certificate preferred
