Hemler Family Eye Care is relocating to a newly acquired building designed professionally to cater to our ever-growing private Optometry practice. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Optometrist to join our exceptional team. You will be surrounded by our well-trained clinical support staff and our technologically advanced equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive eye examinations
- Diagnose, treat, and manage ocular diseases including diabetic eye disease, glaucoma, macular degeneration and other medical eye diseases
- Prescribe glasses and contact lenses
- Ocular urgent care
- Co-management of cataract surgery patients
- Build and manage your own clinical specialty (an interest in pediatrics, dry eye management, vision therapy, or others are greatly welcomed)

- Humphrey Visual Field Analyzer

- On site optical lab with Santinelli edger
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from accredited school
- Active Pennsylvania Optometry license (or willing to obtain)
- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
- Compassionate demeanor
