We are a well‑established and growing optometry practice near Randolph, MA, looking for an Optometrist to join our full‑scope team. This is not a corporate clinic—it’s a true private practice that has recently renovated its beautiful facility, invests in top‑tier technology, and lets you practice the way you were trained.
Position Highlights
- Salary: $150,000–$170,000
- Comprehensive benefits: health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) with match, CE support
- Monday–Friday only; no weekends, no holidays
- 3 patients per hour (17–23 patients/day) – a pace you can sustain
- Approx. 50/50 comprehensive vs. medical exams – full scope, real variety
- Advanced equipment: OCT, visual field, fundus photography, topography & more
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye health and vision examinations
- Diagnose disease and vision disorders
- Provide counseling on vision needs
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry degree (OD)
- License to practice in the state of MA
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Team‑oriented, thrive in a collaborative environment
