Optometrist (OD)

A well-established and growing optometry practice near Lincoln, RI is hiring an Optometrist to join their full-scope team. This is not a corporate clinic. It’s a true private practice that has recently renovated its beautiful facility, invests in top-tier technology, and lets you practice the way you were trained.

Position Highlights

• Salary: $150,000–$170,000
• Full benefits: health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) with match, CE support
• Monday–Friday only—zero weekends, zero holidays
• 3 patients per hour | 17–23 patients/day—an pace you can sustain
• ~50/50 comprehensive vs. medical exams—full scope, real variety
• Advanced equipment: OCT, Visual Field, Fundus Photos, Topography & more

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye health and vision examinations
• Diagnose disease and vision disorders
• Counsel patients regarding their vision needs

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD)
• License to practice in the state of RI
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
