Medically focused practice is hiring an Optometrist for the north shore in Plymouth, MA. The practice has a large percentage of patients 50+ years old and values experience with specialty contact lenses and dry eye management.
Position Highlights
- Great M-F schedule
- Established MD/OD surgical practice
- Work 4 or 5 days per week
- Average patient age 50+
- See 20–30 patients per day (depending on exam types)
- Experience with specialty contact lenses and dry eye management is a plus
- Low provider turnover and strong team culture
- Competitive compensation with bonus opportunities. Salary range $120,000–$160,000

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye health and vision examinations
- Diagnose disease and vision disorders
- Counsel patients regarding their vision needs
Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry degree (OD)
- License to practice in the state of MA
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
