Optometrist(OD)
Medically focused practice is hiring an Optometrist for their locations on Cape Cod, MA. This practice has a large percentage of patients 50+ years old. Experience with specialty contact lens and dry eye management is a plus.
Position Highlights

- Established MD/OD surgical practice
- Work 4 or 5 days per week
- Average patient age 50+
- See 20–30 patients per day (depending on exam types)
- Experience with specialty contact lenses and dry eye management is a plus
- Low provider turnover and strong team culture
- Competitive compensation with bonus opportunities. Salary range of $120,000-$160,000

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye health and vision examinations
- Diagnose disease and vision disorders
- Counsel patients regarding their vision needs
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry degree (OD)
- License to practice in the state of MA
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a team-building environment
