Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings.
- Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment, including injections if needed.
- Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services.
Schedule & Locations
- Primary center: Kensington
- Expected weekly hours: 30-32 hours
- Target schedule:
- Sunday 7:00–12:00 – 5 hours
- Wednesday 7:30 AM–6:00 PM – 10.5 hours
- Friday 7:30 AM–3:30 PM – 8 hours
- Saturday 7:30 AM–2:00 PM – 6.5 hours
Education and Licensure Requirements
- Active and clear licensure in the state in which patient care will be provided.
- DEA Certificate of Registration in the state of practice with 2, 2N, 3, 4, & 5 scheduling.
- Credentialed through Medicaid and Medicare.
- Experience in the field of substance abuse preferred.
- Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice.
