Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Traveling ConstructionSuperintendent to oversee commercial ground-up projects throughout the SoutheasternUnited States . Knowledge and experience with Bib Box Retail andSelf-Storage projects is desired. This position requires a hands‑on leader whocan manage field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure all work iscompleted on time, within budget, and to company quality standards. The idealcandidate will have extensive ground-up construction experience, aswellas strong proficiency in Procore or other construction managementsoftware. This is a travel‑based position requiring regular on‑sitepresence at project locations.

• Ensurecompliance with all project specifications, building codes, and safetyregulations.

• Proactivelyidentify issues or potential delays and implement corrective measures.

• Travelregularly to project sites throughout the southeastern U.S.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction, including both ground-up and tenant improvement projects.
• Proventrack record managing complex builds from mobilization through closeout.
• Proficientwith Procore , Bluebeam , or similar construction managementtools.
• Strongknowledge of building systems, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.
• Excellentcommunication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Abilityto read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• OSHA30 Certification preferred.
• Mustbe willing and able to travel extensively and remain on-site forproject duration.
