Full- Time Nanny near Bethesda

The Elite Nanny Team is seeking an experienced Full-Time Nanny for a wonderful family in Bethesda, Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional nanny who has significant experience caring for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children and enjoys creating a structured, engaging, and nurturing environment.

The family has three children: a 1-year-old, a 3-year-old, and a 7-year-old. The nanny will work Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM and will play an important role in keeping the children’s daily routines organized, active, and developmentally appropriate.

Full-Time Nanny Responsibilities

The ideal nanny will confidently manage the needs of three children at different developmental stages while maintaining a safe and organized household environment. Responsibilities include:

- Transporting the 7-year-old child to and from school as needed
- Providing attentive care for the 1-year-old and 3-year-old
- Preparing nutritious meals, snacks, and age-appropriate soft foods
- Sterilizing bottles and maintaining proper infant feeding routines
- Supporting sleep training and consistent nap schedules
- Changing diapers and managing toddler and infant hygiene
- Creating engaging developmental activities for the younger children
- Encouraging age-appropriate learning through play, reading, music, and exploration
- Taking the children outside for walks, playground visits, and active play
- Handling the children’s laundry
- Maintaining a clean, organized kitchen throughout the day
- Keeping children’s areas tidy and organized
- Following the family’s established routines, preferences, and childcare expectations

Professional Nanny Qualifications

Significant professional nanny experience is essential, particularly experience caring for infants and toddlers. The ideal candidate understands infant development, toddler behavior, feeding routines, sleep training, and age-appropriate activities.

A safe, reliable personal vehicle is required for transporting the school-aged child. The nanny should have a safe van or SUV, a valid driver’s license, a strong driving record, and the ability to safely transport children. The nanny will receive reimbursement for approved vehicle use and mileage.

The successful candidate should be dependable, organized, energetic, safety-conscious, and genuinely passionate about working with children. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are important.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $28 $36 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
