Maintenance leadership experience within a large-scale F&B or high-speed consumer products manufacturing facility ? Strong preventive and predictive maintenance background with the ability to build a more proactive maintenance culture ? Proven ability to develop, train, and hold maintenance teams accountable ? Experience improving equipment reliability, uptime, PM compliance, and maintenance execution ? Strong troubleshooting knowledge involving PLCs, automation, conveyors, packaging, processing, and material handling equipment ? Experience leading maintenance teams in a 24/7, multi-shift operation ? A strong sense of urgency and experience supporting a high-volume, customer-facing manufacturing environment
