Full-Time Machine Operator (Nights)

Machine OperationsThis position is responsible for the operation, management and problem-solving efforts in a team environment in a dairy processing facility. Production positions involve ingredient and bulk material handling, machine operation, product manufacturing and handling as well as quality inspecting. Attention to detail, following food safety practices as well as personal safety practices are essential to success. Other job duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements:Read and understand Standard Operating ProceduresMust have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate in English (be able to write, read, speak and understand)Weekend/overtime work is required on a rotating basisComplete & Pass the Food Safety Exam during your first week of orientationPreferred RequirementsTwo years minimum machine operation experienceStrong communication skillsMust be able to work well with a team1-year continuous employment historySchedule/ShiftsThis position is a 12-hour, night shiftHours are 6pm-6am; rotating days of the weekHolidays and weekends are requiredOnly those wishing to work nights, holidays and weekends should applyPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout shiftAbility to bend, squat, twist, and stoop, climb steps/ laddersEligible partners will receive:Get not one, but TWO retirement benefits.
