nEllie Mental Health Atlanta is currently looking for a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW to work with children, adolescents, and adults! This is a full time, hybrid position with a start date of June/July 2026. We are a group practice located in Sandy Springs, GA.

nResponsibilities and Duties
nEvaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
nClinicians must maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client sessions per week
nProvide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
nUtilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
nPrepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
nAttend and participate in all clinical staff meetings
nOther stuff we probably forgot to add, but just as meaningful and important to your role ;)
nRequired Qualifications and Skills
nCandidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
nCandidates should have a valid, current GA clinical license, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW . We are unable to accept candidates that are not licensed due to our contracts with insurance companies.
nExperience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes
nExperience with children, teens, and adults
nEffective written and verbal communication skills
nAbility to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
nAbility to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
nComfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
nProficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems
nAbility to pass a background check
