Join Boston Based Litigator
Special opportunity to join Boston based litigator. Our client is seeking a highly organized, experienced candidate with litigation experience.
Duties
Include but are not limited to:
- Legal research and writing
- Legal analysis on complex issues
- Writing briefs, memoranda, motions, and witness examinations
- Trial court appearances
- Analyzing and summarizing complicated legal documents including contracts
- Performing discovery in preparation for litigation
- Negotiation on contractual issues and legal disputes
- Develop strategies to avoid costly litigation and minimize potential risk
- Perform due diligence in legal matters concerning contracts, agreements etc.
Requirements
Include:
- Experienced attorney with minimum 2+ years civil litigation experience.
- Knowledge of Westlaw and Microsoft Office
